Cam Caldwell (@CamLCaldwell), Global Account Manager for Socrata, presented “Open Data: Hawaii Style” today to officials with the state of Hawaii and the City & County of Honolulu. Both the state and city hope to leverage the company’s platform to make it easier for government to publish information, and for citizens and coders to use it, and build with it.

Hawaii Open Data, Inc., evolving into a 501(c)3 organization, hopes to work with everyone involved to make great things happen in the Aloha State.
